A. Product Returns & Refunds

We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in package
  • Product substantially different from what was ordered

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are generally not eligible unless damaged or wrong item delivered:

  • Products with broken original seal after delivery

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on payment method and banking channels.

COD refunds may require bank/UPI details.

8. Booking Cancellations

We request advance notice whenever possible.


9. Advance Payment Bookings

Most local Alwar bookings do not require advance payment.

However, advance payment may be requested in cases such as:

  • Outside Alwar city bookings
  • Bridal / event bookings
  • Premium slot reservations
  • Large package bookings
  • Special appointments

10. Advance Payment Refunds

Where advance payment has been taken:

  • Timely cancellations may be adjusted or rescheduled at management discretion.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture depending on slot blocking and preparation costs.

11. Late Arrival / No Show

Late arrival may shorten service time or require rescheduling depending on availability.

Repeated no-shows may affect future booking priority.
